Back orders

During the order process does it flag if the product is on back order or does that have to be looked up separately?

The app doesn't flag up items on back-order during order entry. This feature is on our development wish list.

Previously this request was made when we didnt have many agents using this App. Now we do this request is being mentioned by them even more as it is wasting their time and the customers. Is this a possible addtion to 1.1.5?

Yes, this feature will be coming soon. We've already put the configuration option in place (in the Config->General section of the cloud account) but this is currently marked for future use since the functionality didn't quite make it into version 1.1.4 (released in the App Store today).
