Support for the Blue Alligator applications

Hi All,
Now that we have upgraded to the new version a lot of fields are showing as blank despite data being in our uploaded CSV files and mapped on the cloud. This seems to be largely financial data (balance etc). Does anyone know how to resolve this?

This has been discussed with one of your colleagues before, during your data setup phase. Since you're using multiple delivery addresses for a customer account, you'll need to populate the balance fields on all of the records for a particular account rather than just the first record.
