Incorrect Stock Data for a user

Hi

One of our users (database 10586) has reported that they are seeing different values for free stock of a particular product to those on our back office system (my database shows the correct quantities).  I have suggested that they perform Force a Full Download, which they have done.  The figures for this product haven't changed.  Do they have to reset database and then re-download? If so, are there any other steps involved?   The Full download took approximately two hours, all things being equal would the resetting of database download take any longer?

Thanks,  Simon

Re: Incorrect Stock Data for a user

You will need to perform a Reset Database followed by a Download from Cloud. Performing a Reset Database takes slightly longer than a Force a Full Download.

Re: Incorrect Stock Data for a user

Many thanks. I will let you know how the user gets on. Do we know how this sort of situation arises and can anything be done to prevent it
