Changes in this version:
Home section
- Data storage now shown on home screen.
- New menu layout.
Configuration - General section
- Additional fields to specify the number of decimal places for calculating sales prices, sales values and volumes.
eBay section
- If the eBay module has been purchased a new section allows the setting up of eBay for downloading orders into your cloud account.
User section
- New section to allow additional sub-user logins for your cloud account. These sub-users can also be configured to indicate what options they can access.
CloudCart section
- Option to allow new customers to register on CloudCart and place orders. Please ensure your Cloud account is setup to put orders for new customers on hold.
- Options to indicate the layouts to be used for new customers.
- Option to indicate the email address to send details to of new customers registered.
- Option to indicate whether the sales to new customers are included in the overall sales of the product.
- Option to specify a prefix for new customers. This is attached to the front of each new customer and allows them to be grouped together.
- Option to include a "Terms and Conditions" PDF on the login screen of CloudCart.
- Option to indicate whether the user has to agree to the Terms and Conditions before logging into CloudCart.
Please note, you may need to refresh the web page after logging into your cloud account for the first time in order for certain visual components to display correctly.

The following changes have been made in the Configuration section of your cloud account to allow the configuring/customising of new features introduced in version 1.3.9 of Sales Presenter:
General section
1. You can now force the user to view any product additions/deletions or pricing changes that have been downloaded to a device before they can continue normal use of Sales Presenter. The report is available via the Reports/Dashboard option on the iPad and via the Download Manager option on iPhone and iPod touch devices.
2. The delimiter to use when working with multiple images in the product PhotoRef field can now be specified.
3. The clearance price text shown on product thumbnails (if configured) has now been enhanced. Previously only the actual price itself was shown. You can now specify alternate text to show instead which can include both the clearance and standard prices, for example "Now 1.99 (was 2.49)"
The following change has been made in the Configuration section of your cloud account to allow the configuring/customising of new features being introduced in the upcoming version 1.4.0 of Sales Presenter:
General section
1. The delimiter to use when working with multiple rep codes in the customer RepCode field can be specified.

CloudCart section
- Added a new tab under CloudCart called 'New Accounts'. This shows new users that have registered which have not had an account assigned from your back office system. You can assign the account code here and send the welcome email to them.
CloudCart - Settings section
- Added option to allow users to choose to see items in/out of stock. If this option is not ticked CloudCart users will only see products based on the "Tick this box to default users search to show only items in stock" option.
- Added option to configure whether newly registered customers can raise orders. If this option is not ticked then newly registered customers cannot see the products or raise an order until they have been assigned an account code via the 'New Accounts' section.
- Added option to set a message that newly registered users who cannot raise orders will see when they first register.
- Added option to allow users to edit the due date in the checkout. If this option is not ticked then the user can not see/amend the due date on the checkout screen.

- Extended characters (such as pound signs) are now included in the order data that is downloaded to the back-office (suitably encoded if being downloaded as XML). Previously, extended characters were replaced by the question mark symbol.

- Internal restructure of the cloud storage area. This should be transparent to users but we will be closely monitoring for any issues.
- Processing of uploaded CSV files is now limited to the first 500,000 records within the file.
File Management - Manage Images section
- You can now download images from your storage area on this screen. Please note that these will be the resized versions of any uploaed images rather than the original images themselves

- This new section allows you to manage or download any audio files in your storage area.

- You can now download PDF documents from your storage area on this screen.
File Management - Field Mappings section
- 16 additional user fields (6-20) have been added to both the Customer Accounts and Products files. These are currently for future use.
- MovieRef, AudioRef and DocumentRef fields have been added to the Products file. These allow the references to be mapped independently of the existing PhotoRef field. For backward compatibility, the new fields have assumed the same mapping as the PhotoRef field.
Reports section
- The Missing Images Report has been tweaked to work with the restructured cloud storage area.
Configuration - General section
- You can configure a dynamic back-ordered catalogue. This works with any back-order data that has been uploaded to your cloud account and allows you to quickly see what products a customer has previously ordered but not yet had delivered
- You can specify the sequence in which the dynamic catalogues appear in the list, in relation to each other. Please note that dynamic catalogues will always appear in the list before your own catalogues.
- You can specify a default sales tax group to be used when creating new customer accounts within Sales Presenter.
- You can specify a value of -1 to the number of days worth of logging information to keep within Sales Presenter, which in effect turns off logging completely.
- You can specify the delimiter that you've used to separate multiple barcodes within the product barcode field.
Configuration - Order Acknowledgement section
- You can specify whether sales tax applies to each of the different types of order. Please note this functionality operates from the sales tax information that is uploaded to your cloud account.
- Various options added to allow you to display sales tax information on the order acknowledgements
Configuration - Order Entry section
- You can now configure whether or not the user can enter negative quantities and/or prices.
Configuration - Customer Details section
- You can configure the title that appears for the sales tax group field when creating a new customer account in Sales Presenter.
- You can configure whether or not orders are automatically placed on hold within the cloud if there are any pending data change requests to the customer details relating to the order. This ensures that the requested data changes can be reflected in your back-office system before an order is released for processing.
- You can configure whether or not you wish to manage requested data changes within the cloud.
Configuration - Product Browser section
- This section is no longer available to users of the catalogue styling module since changes to the product thumbnails should be made within a catalogue style.
Account Settings section
- You can specify the email address to be notified when any data change requests have been made by the Sales Presenter user.
- All email address fields in this section can now accept multiple email addresses (each address separated by a semi-colon).
Data Changes - Rep Data Permissions section
- This section has been added to allow you to configure (both system-wide and on a rep-by-rep basis) which fields can be altered by the user within Sales Presenter. Currently only customer account fields can be altered by the user.
Data Changes - Requested Data Changes section
- This section has been added to allow you to manage requests by the Sales Presenter user to change data. You can view any pending changes and typically you would approve them once you've made the corresponding changes in your back-office system or reject them if you do not wish to make the changes. After rejecting a request, the data in Sales Presenter will revert back to its original value when the user next synchronises with their cloud account.
Web Services
- An optional ordertype parameter has been added to the ListUnexportedOrders method. Please see the Blue Alligator Cloud Web Service Reference for more information on the use of this parameter.

Changes in this version are mainly to support enhancements in Sales Presenter version 1.4.7:
Configuration - General section
- New option to enable the ability to auto-select the first address when tapping on a customer account that has multiple delivery addresses.

Configuration - General section
- You can now specify the default language (from your configured languages) to set against the customer when creating new a customer account.

- You can now restrict the "previously ordered" dynamic catalogue (and History indicator on product thumbnails) to only show products ordered for the same delivery address that the current order is being raised for. By default, products across all orders for the customer account are shown.
- You can now restrict the "backordered" dynamic catalogue (and Backorder indicator on product thumbnails) to only show backorders for the same delivery address that the current order is being raised for. By default, all backorders for the customer account are shown.
File Management->File Mappings section
- You can now upload Languages and Language/Product Matrix files. See the Sales Presenter Import File Formats document (available in the Downloads section) for more information.

- You can now map a language code on the Customers Accounts file. This is an alternate language to use when showing product descriptions and extended descriptions in conjunction with the Languages/Product Matrix file.

- New option to delay the releasing of orders for new customers until the customer account has been uploaded to the cloud. After an account code has been assigned to an order, the status will change to "Pending Release". As soon as the customer account has been uploaded to the cloud as part of a Customers CSV file, and a Process Files has been performed, the order will be automatically released.

- When assigning the account code to an order for a new customer, you can also assign the appropriate address number.
