Re: Family codes

Hi

The replies on here from Admin are normally quite prompt.

If you go to http://www.bacapps.co.uk/downloads.php and download some manuals, they are quite straightforward, but the easiest thing would be to download the demo data files http://www.bacapps.co.uk/downloads/Sale … lates.zip, and have a look at the family code file and cross-reference this with the fanily fields in the products file.
Hope this helps for now

Re: Family codes

What you have been told on the phone is that we aim to respond to every post on the forum within a working day. This may mean you get a response after 5 minutes or after a few hours, it really depends on the type of question and our current workload. Due to the high number of users it is not possible to provide free telephone support and is instead done through the forum in a way that we can control. If you wish to take up a support contract with us, I can pass your details to the sales team who can arrange this.

Regarding the set up of Family Codes, please see the following topic for information on how to do this - http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=94

For informoation on the available files and fields you can upload to your cloud account, please see the Sales Presenter Import File Formats documentation in the Downloads section that Simon kindly pointed you to.

The templates and demo files that Simon also mentioned are available alongside all our other documentation in the Downloads section of the website.

Please refrain from submitting consecutive posts on the same subject unless it is to provide more information that may help us to resolve your issue.

These can be set in the Configuration section of your cloud account.

I'm not sure what you mean here. Can you please elaborate?

michael@bombki.co.uk wrote:

There is a setting for this in the General section of your cloud configuration. You simply need to enter the name of the image in your cloud account that you wish to use as your logo.

What you are seeing is the natural look of buttons and search bars when running applications on iOS 7 devices.
