Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
One of our users has reported that occasionally while he is in the middle of entering an order the Sales Presenter app closes. He has to log back into the app and the order is there?
Is there a reason for this?

It sounds like your user is experiencing some memory related issues with his device.
While we are constantly attempting to reduce the memory footprint that is needed for SP with each update, the dropouts may be being caused by a lack of available memory.
