Version 1.4.2 - currently awaiting Apple approval

- Ability to show/hide the order totals that are displayed in the bottom-left corner of the order entry screen (setting is accessed via the options box that pops up when you hold your finger on the bottom-left of the screen).

- SP Controller Mode now works when pairing two iOS 8 devices.

- Fixes a bug introduced in version 1.4.1 which affected the download of large product movie or PDF files from the cloud.

Version 1.4.3 - currently awaiting Apple approval

iPad specific enhancements/fixes:

- Ability to amend customer details (iOS 7 or later)

- Ability to play product audio clips. Product movies, audio clips and PDF documents can now be accessed via the full-size image screen

- Additional search options added to the filter screen in Customer Enquiry

- Displaying of the order line totals on the product thumbnails can now be toggled by the user (via the options screen)

- Double-tapping the product image on the back-order screen in Customer Enquiry now shows the full-size image screen

- "Copy Order" screen now displays correctly when running under iOS 8

- Un-configured user fields are no longer shown on the balances/info screen in Customer Enquiry

iPhone specific enhancements/fixes:

- +/- buttons are now available on the product detail screen during order entry and in SP controller mode

- Default pricing during order entry now observes the "Clearance/Last Price/Standard Price" rule configured on your cloud account

General enhancements/fixes:

- Ability to show sales tax calculations on order acknowledgements

- Ability to handle multiple barcodes per product

- New back-order dynamic catalogue is now available during order entry

- Negative prices and/or quantities can now be typed in during order entry (configurable via your cloud account)

- Minor cosmetic tweaks

When running under iOS 8 or above you now may see a message saying that Sales Presenter would like to send you notifications. Sales Presenter uses the icon badge notification to indicate how many live orders you have in the system. If you do not allow notifications from Sales Presenter then the number of live orders cannot be shown on the app icon (you can reconfigure notifications at any time, in Settings on your device)

The documentation and cloud configuration section will be updated shortly to reflect changes made in this version.

Version 1.4.4 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Addressed an issue with version 1.4.3 that caused the app to crash at the end of the synchronisation process when running under iOS 5 or iOS 6.

Version 1.4.5 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- Summary line now shown on the order history popup (iPad only).

- Auto-deletion of exported orders on the device are now configurable by order type. This gives the user the ability to permanently leave certain order types (such as quotes) on the device.

- Ability to configure, via your cloud account, a different set of product detail fields to be shown on the screen when in product enquiry rather than in order entry.

- The subject line and body of the order acknowledgement emails are now configurable by order type.

- On the Download Settings screen (iPad only) you can now configure whether you wish to download product images, movies, PDFs and audio files (data is always downloaded) to the device. This can be useful at times when you're downloading an initial set of data to a new device or you wish postpone the downloading of any multimedia files while you're on the road. The first download performed with this version, with the multimedia download options enabled (which are enabled by default), may take a few minutes longer than usual to complete.

- The user is prevented from using the "Reset database" option while there are live or held orders in the system. You should either upload them to your cloud account (or delete them) before resetting the database.

Fixes/tweaks:

- Order totals shown on the rapid entry screen no longer lag by one product.

- Improved the display quality of user images for the indicators and/or plus/minus buttons on the product thumbnails.

- The logic around the displaying of the "initialising" screen has been redesigned. This should prevent instances where the screen could be displayed again after the user has received a low memory warning.

- Correction in the use of the product "DocumentRef" field that was added in version 1.4.3.

Version 1.4.6 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- Family code buttons are now hidden if no titles are set up on the cloud. This allows family codes to be used for logic purposes (e.g. product exclusions) but not to cause a drop-down list to appear.

- Products marked as "Do not sell" can now be hidden from product enquiry/order entry (configurable via your Blue Alligator cloud account). This allows withdrawn products to be downloaded to the app purely to satisfy historical order data.

Fixes/tweaks:

- Product PDF documents are now displayed correctly on the full-screen image view when working with the product "DocumentRef" field.

- Fixed a crash on iPhone/iPod touch devices when attempting to display an alert message (bug introduced into version 1.4.5).

Version 1.4.7 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- Customer account "On Hold" text can now be configured via your cloud account.

- Order entry now uses the order type specific analysis fields as configured in your cloud account.

- Ability to re-price an order as you copy it.

- Rep/Product Group exclusions have now been extended to allow exclusions based on combinations of family codes and/or individual product codes.

- Orders are geo-tagged as they are created if "Location Services" is enabled on your device and you have granted permission for the app to access your current location.

- Product user fields 6-20 can now be shown on the product detail screen (and on product thumbnails), if configured.

- Search filters can now be configured via the catalogue options screen.

- Ability to auto-select the first address when tapping on a customer account that has multiple delivery addresses (configurable via your cloud account).

- The "total pieces" display on the product detail screen is now a button. Repeated taps of the button will rotate through each of the quantity entry units (the button is enabled via your cloud account).

- The order totals shown in the bottom-left of the order entry screen can now show the available quantity as well as the ordered quantity (configurable via your cloud account).

- Italian and Spanish localisations.

- Native 64 bit support for the latest iOS devices.

Fixes/Tweaks:

- "Do not sell" products are no longer added to the new order when copying an existing order.

- Customer defaults (such as discounts, price lists) are now set when copying a historical order or copying an order between accounts.

- Stream prices from price lists (if used) are now shown on product thumbnails (previously only the stream prices from the product were shown).

- The search is now triggered automatically after scanning when using rapid entry mode on the iPhone version in conjunction with a Bluetooth barcode scanner.

An issue has arisen with SalesPresenter version 1.4.7 which became available in the App Store last Friday 19th June.

When using Sales Rep restrictions on a device, the customer accounts may inadvertently be marked as un-viewable by the Rep after downloading the latest data from your cloud account.

We have fixed this issue and have submitted a new release to Apple, requesting an expedited review process so that the fix is available in the App Store as soon as possible.

If you are using Sales Rep restrictions then please do not install version 1.4.7. If you have and are experiencing this issue then you can temporarily remove the Sales Rep restrictions from the device, making all accounts viewable.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

Version 1.4.9 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- Discounts can now be applied when working with the customers "last" price (configurable in your cloud account).

- Quantities on the back order screen during order entry are now shown in the currently selected display unit as well in pieces.

Version 1.5.0 - currently awaiting Apple approval

Enhancements:

- The plus/minus buttons on product thumbnails and the product detail screen can now observe any minimum order quantity set for a product (configurable via your Blue Alligator cloud account).

- Showing backorders and previously ordered products can now be restricted to the delivery address the current order is being raised for instead of being shown across all addresses for the customer. This affects both the product thumbnails and the dynamic catalogues.

- Live orders that have no lines are now deleted during the "Upload orders to cloud" process.

- Now works with the sales tax rounding rule configured in your cloud account (previously always rounded to the nearest value, based on the number of configured decimals to show).

- Various minor tweaks and fixes.

iPhone/iPod touch only enhancements:

- Sales rep passwords are now prompted for during the login process (if configured in the Reps file uploaded to your cloud account).

- An "unlock order" password can be configured in your cloud account. The user must enter the password before they are able to exit order entry. This can be useful when letting customers take their own orders in your showroom or at a trade show, preventing them from accessing the rest of the app.
