New customer

If a new customer has been added to a rep number would a "download from Cloud" pick up the new customer after an extract was done? Or would a different download need to be done?

It has picked up the customer, but there are no details in the address fields.

SP is just showing the address data that has been uploaded to your cloud account.

After double-checking your cloud data, you currently have 12 account records that have blank addresses.

This account has 5 different addresses and are not blank on X-Suite. On my iPad the addresses are all showing, but i have always had all of the accounts on there. This user had the account transfered to them earlier this week.

Ah, I understood this to be a new customer that you've added.

This is an issue that we've yet to resolve via a normal "Download from Cloud" cycle.
