i have transferred a customer from myself to another rep but the only details transferred was the account name without any address details, contact, phone numbers and all other fields.
I have tried it with another customer and the same results.
my ipad has no restrictions, while the other ipad user can see only his customers.

At present, after moving a customer account between reps you'll need to force a full download on the iPad for the rep the account now belongs to for it to pick up the address details.
