Unable to delete registered device

Hi,

We are at the max number of registred devices and suddenly one rep had to replace his iPad. After a device pairing the new device is present on the list and I am able to authorise it, however, I am unable to delete his old device from the list. Delete button doesn't show whe i hit "disable" and because we are maxed out his new device does not have any modules assigned.

Please can someone look at it, thanks.

Our Support team will email you shortly to confirm which devices you need modules moved from/to as this process can only currently be done on our end.

Once a device that is marked as Disabled has no modules assigned to it, you'll then be shown the option to Delete it.
