hi an order with the database id of 10027 and order number =4 is no longer visible on the cloud.
Is there a way of seeing if this has been deleted in error or knowing why it has disappeared.

The only reason that an order that was previously visible but is no longer showing in the cloud, would be because a user has selected it and then pressed the "Delete Selected" option within the Orders screen of your cloud account.
