Is there any way possible to create a PDF file of the catalogue. I need to send quotes many times by email & would like to send PDF's. I already have the Download order module.

When creating orders or quotes in SalesPresenter, you have the ability to see those orders or quotes in PDF format using the Preview option. From there you can email the PDFs to your customers.
It is possible to style to a limited extent the PDF layouts via the Styling > Manage Order Acknowledgements section of your cloud account. More comprehensive configurability of these formats is available though with the use of Styling module (which has many other benefits too). If you'd like more information on this, I'll be happy to pass your detail onto the Sales team.
