We have subscription to import orders to back office ERP, however what is becoming more relevant is the require for customers to have immediate access to an excel document for buying systems and EPOS purposes. As we have the cloud import solution would it be possible to have an excel export option within our subscription so that this information can be directly sent from the sales persons iPad to a customer? This would enable sales people to use iPad as quoting tool as more and more customers are only issuing POs from their own back office systems, but will only issue order information once product data has been provided. It would also assist with the repeated request to the sales office to send barcodes and price list information to customers for the products that they are interested in when this could be done whilst the sales person is carrying out their sales presentation with the customer. There is immediacy to this solution and therefore as data can be provided faster to the customer, there is more security that the order will be raised and committed to by the customer
