Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
We have 3 users using the app. the reps with restrictions, CB and CC cannot see any customers any more. we have tried forced download and amended some customers details, omitted a few and also added a customer to the file but to no avail.
We have never had this problem before.

It sounds like your column headings in your Customer Accounts CSV file have changed, which could cause your Field Mappings to become misaligned. If you have removed, re-sequenced or added columns to a file, you should check that your columns are mapped to the correct fields via the Field Mappings option for the corresponding file type within the File Management > File Mappings screen in your cloud account.
