Download Manager > Database Information

On an iPad, after downloading all files, if I go to Download Manager > Database Information, there is a block at the end which looks like this:

What does 252 Images (02 Mar 2019 19:23:21, 252, 0 252, 0 252, 0) mean - I'm referring to the 252, 0 252, 0 252,0 in brackets after the timestamp?

What does the list after that mean (1-42,999)?

Apart from showing the number of records for each of the types of data (for users to check that these match the figures shown in the file mappings screen in their cloud account), the rest of the information on this screen is to assist our helpdesk when helping a user resolve any issues.
