Hi there
Could you please tell me what do I have to do to show the Tax on the invoices / quotes / orders ?
I have configured the salestaxgroups.csv and salestaxmatrix.csv and even the products tax code in the products.csv file but still no luck.

The issue here is in your SalesTaxMatrix CSV file - you have entered an "S" into the SalesTaxGroup field, whereas in the CustomerAccounts CSV and SalesTaxGroup CSV files the SalesTaxGroup field is populated with "1".
You've also entered a "1" in the SalesTaxCode field in the SalesTaxMatrix CSV file, whereas the SalesTaxCode field in the Products CSV file is populated with an "S".
