Support for the Blue Alligator applications

Good morning. I am a new user to Sales Presenter. I am hugely impressed with the app and have it running on my iPad perfectly. I have just added one of our reps to test and they are having an issue where the products do not show, whereas they do on my iPad and iPhone. All the data seems to have uploaded, customers, catalogues etc but just when you go to either one of the drop down catalogues or where you choose ALL nothing shows just a blank screen. When you do choose ALL it asks whether you want to show all images and even when you say yes, it doesn't show. Yet everything works p[perfectly on my iPad. His iPad Air runs on IOS 11.4.1 for your information.

Since you are not using stock information it sounds like the user might not be seeing any products because they have the In Stock Filter set.
You can change this in the Product Browser screen. If you hold your finger down on the bottom left corner of the screen a options box will appear. From here you can select which products are shown.
