If your products exist in the uploaded Products CSV file, and that file has been processed, you should have access to those products in SalesPresenter following a Download From Cloud.
If a product can't be found in SalesPresenter, it is generally due to the product not adhering to your current search filters.
Have you got your "In Stock" filter switched on? It may be a case that the product is not in stock but you have previously switched the filter on. This filter can be found via the options menu (accessible by holding your finger down in the bottom-left corner of the screen for a couple of seconds from either the Product Catalogue screen or during Order Entry).

I had the filter set as in or out of stock, i changed to in stock to see if that made any difference, and it did not .
I have checked each cell for the product to see if i had not filled in any of the filters or stock info, everything looks correct , i have not changed anything on this product and it was showing up on the App before without a problem , now it has gone ?

If you can provide the product code of the item that this is happening for, we'll investigate this further for you.

This product is one of a small number of products that exist in the uploaded Products CSV file, but is not against a catalogue in the Catalogue/Product Matrix CSV file.
The product itself is set up correctly, so should be displayed in the Product Enquiry or Order Entry screens in SalesPresenter if you were to clear the automatically selected catalogue.
