i am trying to adjust the pdf file of the quote < and it is locked , how to unlock it ???

Unfortunately it is not possible to remove the unlock the order acknowledgement PDFs. It is possible however to download a CSV or XML version of the order via the cloud with the use of the Order Download module. If you would like more information on this I can pass your details onto our Sales Team.
