Hi there
The option to apply a discount on the products is currently faded out, and I'm unable to select it.
I have ticked this in order entry:
"Tick this box if you want to be able to change the customers default discount for an individual order"
But where do I enter the tiers of discount available for the products, so then I can just click on it and have like a drop-down with the different tiers?

Another option in the Configuration > Order Entry section of your cloud account will give you the ability to override the discount percentage on individual order lines:
Tick this box if you want to be able to change the discount for an individual order line
It is also possible to choose from a predetermined list of prices for a product by populating the StreamPrice fields in the Products CSV file.
