Trouble uploading/processing image zip files

I'm having trouble uploading the zip files containing my image files - I can upload them OK but then when I go down to Process Files the button is greyed out. When I search for the images files by name it comes up as no results. Any idea what's going wrong/what I can do about it?

The Process Files step only needs to be performed after updating data files or changing mappings via the File Management > File Mappings section of your cloud account. This step isn't required for media files or configuration changes (unless otherwise specified).

When utilising the search function in the File Management > Manage Images section of your cloud account, be sure to use the wildcard characters to help you find the images you are looking for. For example, simply searching for "ABC" won't return the image "ABC.jpg", however searching for "ABC*" will mean that image is returned in the results.
