Support for the Blue Alligator applications
You are not logged in.
If I go to order history and then select all. Order history used to be there for all orders and clients. Now it will only display the most recent 20 orders.
If I create a new order the oldest then is gone.
Is there a setting I can change to prevent this?

The following option found in the Configuration > General section of your cloud account is currently set to "20":
Maximum number of orders returned in a single search. Keep this value low to minimise memory usage. A value of 0 (zero) specifies no maximum in force.
This option is set to "500" by default.
