Good Morning,
I am trying to copy some text from PDF generated by the iPad app but failed because PDF file is protected. How can i do the setting in cloud or iPad App to change the setting so i can get PDF file without protected mode easy to copy text specially address label.

Unfortunately it is not possible to remove the password protection from the order acknowledgement PDFs. It is possible however to download a CSV or XML version of the order via the cloud with the use of the Order Download module. If you would like more information on this I can pass your details onto our Sales Team.
