I Have An Item Sold Out But Do Not Want To Remove The Item From The Catalogue, Is There A Way To Indicate The Item Is Temporarily Unavailable Or On Hold.

A DoNotSell field is available in the Products file. The following description of this field can be found in the SalesPresenter Import File Formats document (found in the Downloads section of the bacapps website):
Y/N (Yes/No) value to indicate whether a product is on hold. Useful for products that you wish to view but not actually sell.
If no value is specified, a FALSE value is applied, so to make a a product DoNotSell, you should enter a positive value such as "TRUE", "YES", "Y" or "1".
