I like the idea of the Top 10 product reports and the Reps Leaderboard, but I can't see where I configure/define users to be Managers so that they can view the Leaderboard, or restrict it so "normal" users can't (if that's what we decide to do). I must have missed this somewhere, please could you advise? Thanks, Simon.

The leaderboard uses the rep restrictions on a device. It will only report on the reps that a device has been restricted to (or all reps if the device has no restrictions).
The restrictions on a managers device would usually include access to the data (e.g. order history) of the reps they manage.
If a device has been restricted to a single rep then the leaderboard isn't available.
