Hello,
After changing the settings in the general configuration so the products screen has a white background and downloading the new setting to the ipad, the background is still black. I am able to change the colour of the home screen without problem
Thoughts?

The configuration you changed will affect the colour of the border around the product image in the product detail screen. It also affects the border when viewing the product image in full-size mode (by double-tapping the image in the product detail screen).

Ok I see. Is there any way of having the catalogue background all white like on the home screen?
