I am adding a new line to products and catalogue products. When downloaded to iPad the fields, pack size, Std and qty per carton are displayed as zero. No other product has this issue. The data has been added at different locations within csv file to check but the result is still zero, how can I overcome this problem

Looking at your Products CSV file, there are instances where the same product appears twice (e.g. TD02). You will need to ensure that each product record has a unique product code.
