Support for the Blue Alligator applications

To setup VAT on inovice i have done everything after watching video uploaded by Blue Alligator

So now i can see
1- the the column in end of each row of purchased item name "Sales Tax" but BLANK.
2- "Sales Tax Value" in the middle of "Order Value" and "Gross Value" but BLANK.
3- can see the at the end of invoice "Sales Tax Codes" table but BLANK.
Could you please help me to sort this issue why these are blank instead of values.

Please ensure that your SalesTaxGroup field in the CustomerAccounts file type, and the SalesTaxCode field in the Products CSV file type have been mapped via the File Management > File Mappings section of your cloud account.
