I have just been browsing the products on Sales Presenter on a ipad mini we have just set up. I tapped the product to see the detail I happened to change the ipad orientation and then pressed the arrow to see the next product. This closed Sales Presenter and on reopening had logged me out of the account I was using. If the orientation of the ipad is not changed it works fine. The same thing happens if you go from landscape to portrait back to landscape and then click the arrow.
I have only tried this on one ipad so could be the device but don't think so.

We are aware there are issues when rotating a device in Order Entry mode in Sales Presenter.
We recommend you put your device on rotation lock in your preferred orientation when using Sales Presenter, this will prevent the crash from occurring.
