App Crashing on One Product

One of our users has a problem when trying to select one particular product (and only this one - that we know of).
He's sent me a video(!) that shows this product (16-370) as one of eight products in a landscape view.  When he touches the screen to go to product details, the app crashes back to the home screen.
I've been told that this also happens in portrait view and is independent of whether he's searched for the product or browsed in a catalogue.  I've tried to reproduce the error, but it works ok for me.  Any ideas?   Thanks, Simon

However, the issue you've described may be data related on this user's specific device. If the information in the video above does not resolve this user's issue, you should ask them to perform a Reset Database via the Download Manager > Settings screen, followed by a normal Download From Cloud.
