When I email an order acknowledgement is it possible to define in advance a couple of bespoke sales office email addresses to be CC/BCC in every time an email is sent rather than have to add them manually every time.

It is possible to set an email address to appear on your SalesPresenter order acknowledgements along with other address details via the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account. This email address will automatically be added to the "CC" section when sending order acknowledgments via email.
Please note that currently only one email address can be configured to be added to the "CC" section.

Hi when I send my orders few of my recipients are unable to read the PDF order acknowledgement including one of my back office email , it appears in a very broken shape which is un read able.
Also all of these email accounts could read them in the past and they can still read my other PDF attachments.

Can you confirm which order acknowledgement template is being used when encountering this issue?
The template to be used can be selected via the button on the bottom-right of the screen whilst previewing an order acknowledgement in SalesPresenter.

Can you provide the details of one of the orders that you encountered this issue with?
Also, please ensure that you have uploaded the order to your cloud account via the Upload Orders to Cloud option in the Download Manager screen.

You could use the "E-mail" option to the left of this post to send us sensitive information. However, if you can provide us with the order number and ensure that the order has been uploaded to your cloud account from SalesPresenter, we can investigate from there instead.

Since the PDF is displaying correctly prior to sending (as well as displaying correctly for other recipients), it indicates an issue with the specific PDF reading application that is being used when the PDF is not displayed correctly. Your customer could try using a different PDF reading application.
