I am having problems when creating an order and then going to the "Show Ordered" button on the order entry window. Some of the ordered items show as expected but some are missing. If I enter the code of one of these missing items in the search field the item will show up and be marked as ordered (As expected). Any suggestion as to why this is happening?

This is a side-effect of using the Maximum number of products returned in a single search setting in the configuration section of the cloud account. If this is set to, say, 100 then only the ordered products from within the first 100 products in your database will be shown. We'll be addressing this issue in a future update.
In the meantime, I recommend that you disable this limit by setting its value to 0 (zero). The latest configuration will be transferred to your iPad the next time you use the download from cloud option. After that, you should then see all the ordered products when you're expecting to.
