Not sure what happened, but our account is stuck on "Currently Processing" - has been like that for >30minutes now. I don't need to upload any new files for now, but the others users cannot download the current dataset.

There was a bit of a "traffic jam" on the cloud earlier that we've been monitoring but everything looks ok now and we can see you've since run another process files ok.

I uploaded the Products.CSV file on 17 Nov 2017 at 6:00pm and than processed it but unfortunately for some reason file became faulty on computer and cloud side and there is no data dispalyed. Is there any way I can get my previous Products.CSV before 6:00pm on 17 November 2017.

The latest uploaded files to the cloud are the only files that are stored, so the previous Products CSV file cannot be recovered.
It is possible to specify a minimum number of records for each file type in order to prevent the cloud from accepting an uploaded file that contains less than that number of records. This may be useful for you to configure to stop an accidental upload of another empty file to your cloud account in the future. You can specify the minimum number of records for each file type in the File Management > File Mappings section of your cloud account.
