Hi,
We have an issue where if the iPad user enters a comma in their special instructions, then this causes the upload of the CSV to fail (our ERP is interpreting the comma as a separation of fields). Is it possible for the app or BA cloud to replace the comma with another symbol (semi-colon is obvious but this doesn't really matter)?
