Customer List

I cannot get my Customer List to download onto iPad. Only the first entry appears.

Typically in this instance, this is caused by the Field Mappings not being mapped correctly. You will need to map the fields (File Management -> File Mappings) for your Customer CSV file within your cloud account. A Process Files would then need to be actioned (File Management -> Process Files) in order for the changes to be made on your next Download from Cloud in SalesPresenter.
