1. I did not find a column in the template where I can enter the size of an item. Is it possible to change a column which I do not need to size so that I can enter the respective sizes of the items?
2. How do I create tabs (on the top left)? I would like to categorize my items by collections, so I would have a “Collection” tab and “Product type” tab, etc.

We are in the process of adding some user-defined fields to products that a user will be able to configure for their own purposes. You will also be able to control which fields are shown on the product detail screen.

Up to five tabs will start to appear at the top left when you set up some "family" codes for products. There are five family code fields on the product template that can be populated. For users who are unable to populate these fields as part of a product extract from their system the family codes can optionally be supplied in a separate product family codes template.

I am struggling to set up Family Codes to show product group/sub product group etc.
Is there an example of completed FamilyCode and Products csv-files that I could take a look at so I can see the format of what goes where? The files used to create the demo set up you use would be great.

The demonstration data CSV files are available in the Downloads section of the website.
For more information on how to set up your family codes, please see the following topic: http://www.bacapps.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?id=94
