Files will not up load

Down loaded the standard CSI files entered data in all files as stated sent to cloud and processed them and all was well,now some new lines were introduced so these lines were put into the correct place in the catalogue in all files,then processed.l then looked  at the files in Cloud and the only files that are there now are Reps code, Locations, Family codes and Standard Narratives. And yes they all files were put in zip files.and processed.
I have checked and double check and tried reloading and nothing is working I'm at a loss what am I doing wrong or what file is missing.

It seems that the Simple Setup option has recently been run on your cloud account. This option is intended for use when initially setting up a system and does warn you that it will automatically remove all previously uploaded data files from your cloud account and re-configures your file mappings and field mappings.

You will need to check that the names of the files within your zip file match what is set in the File Mappings screen. Any files that do not match will not be successfully uploaded to your cloud account.

As you have effectively started again with your setup, once your files have been successfully uploaded and processed on the cloud you will need to perform a Reset Database in SalesPresenter on each of your devices (found within the Download Manager > Settings screen) to remove any existing data from your devices.

Going forward, whenever you need to update data in your cloud account, all you should be doing is making the relevant changes in your existing files, upload them again then perform a Process Files on your cloud account.

ok re looked t the file names and all of then are the same as the Simple Setup,I zipped and then up loaded to my cloud account then processed them, now the only files that are in the Manage Data are locations and reps file?
Why, all the files match and I have tried stripping out and reloading I am at my wits end.

The upload and process routines on the cloud won't remove existing files from your cloud account.
Can you explain step-by-step what you did in order for your cloud account to end up in it's current state?

No I am sorry I have only gone through the process as before many times and its been fine, I do exactly what you say in the down load manual. For some reason this time its not happened. What is my next step as the files just will not upload, am I missing one file to gel this all together.

Can you try uploading your files individually and tell us the exact wording of any error messages you get?

Ok I have done what you asked zipped each file and up loaded individually  I still have no answers as they come back with on error messages just uploaded ok.

I have now completely re done all the files again reloaded them individually and some worked so rechecked files zipped them all together and uploaded them to cloud processed them and yes all is well sorry all my fault tiring to be to quick.
