Is it possible to display additional information 'on top' of an image. For example 'Limited Stock', 'SALE', 'More Soon'. This to be displayed in the form of a flash across say the top left corner on a coloured background. The wording on the banner to be driven by a field in the csv import file. Currently we would have to add this in say photoshop and upload a replacement image.

Within your Products CSV file, there are 20 "user" fields available for your own purposes. There is a limited amount of customisation available on the product thumbnail via the Configuration -> Product Browser section of your cloud account. You could use this to show the contents of one of the user fields.
To have complete control over the design of the product thumbnails (which gives you the ability to add background colours to specific fields and to rotate text) you would need our catalogue styling cloud module. We can pass your details onto our sales team if you wish.
