FamilyCode1 Issue

Hello,

I am having some trouble getting the products under my FamilyCode1 column to display on the Sales presenter app on my ipad. Everything was fine last week but now only one product group shows on the FamilyCode1 column instead of 4, everything seems fine on the ProductsFamilyCodes CSV file.

I would appreciate help in resolving this as soon as possible.

You seem to have been experiencing a timing issue. If maintaining your product family codes in a separate file to your products, you need to ensure that you are keeping the two files in sync. In other words, if you add a product to the Product Family Codes file, you should also add the product to the Products file and ensure that both files are processed at the same time on the cloud. Performing a Force Full Download followed by a Download From Cloud on your device should fix the issue in this instance assuming the data and mappings on your cloud account are correct.

We usually recommend users maintain their family codes within the Products CSV file to avoid the issue described above. I think this would be beneficial in your case.
