Order acknowledgements can be emailed from within Sales Presenter by pressing the button in the top-right corner of the 'Preview' screen and subsequently selecting 'Email'. The 'Email' option will only be available to use if a valid email account has been set up on the device.
The email address for the customer (if one exists) will automatically be populated in the 'To' section of the emails.
If you have raised an order for a customer that belongs to a rep other than the rep you logged in as, the email address (if available) of the rep the customer belongs to will be automatically put into the 'CC' section. If not, the rep's email would not be added to the 'CC' section since the email would be found in the Sent Items section of the user's mailbox.
The email address configured in the Configuration > Order Acknowledgement section of your cloud account will also be automatically added to the 'CC' section of any order acknowledgements emailed from Sales Presenter.
Please refrain from using the 'Report' option on posts that do not contain abuse or objectionable material.

I have been able to resolve this issue thanks to your help.
One more thing though, I noticed that when sending orders from sales presenter for some unexplainable reason the sender email is different from what we have specified in cloud configuration. Any ideas why that is happening?

Emails are sent via an email account that is set up on the device itself. Therefore, the email will show that it's come from that account.
