I have put all the Sales Rep and Location information in the files as needed Zip up the hole file /up loaded and processed all was ok, now when downloading to Ipad I can not open the file as I am told that there are no Reps or Location set up in my database, so where am I going wrong

It seems a glitch occurred when your device was syncing to the cloud this morning. Within Sales Presenter you will need to perform a Reset Database (found in the Download Manager > Settings section) followed by a Download from Cloud. This will resolve your issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.

I have now tried this twice now and it is still not working I am still told that there are no Reps or Location set up in my database

This seems to indicate that this issue is actually more specific to your device. If you use the "E-mail" option in the administrator box to the left of this post to send us your contact number in a private message, a member of our technical team can contact you to go through this in more detail.

I have deleted all data from cloud and ipad, reloaded all and all seems to be working now, thank you for your last mail but at this time I will not need to call you. thank you for your help.
