I've just started using SP and everything has worked perfectly so far. I have now input my first 2 orders with no problems and touched 'preview' to bring up the printed confirmation - again no problem. However, when I touch the upload icon top-right I'm given the 3 options of 'email, print and open in...' but can only touch the latter 2 - the email option is "paled-out" and can't be used. Grateful for any help please.

Please ensure that you have an active email account set up on the device. If the app cannot detect an active account then the Email button will be unavailable (appearing pale or "greyed out").
