When i am trying to download everything on to a iphone / ipad it is mentioning that the account details needs to be the same which they are but wont let me go further. is there anything i am able to do?

I can see that you have successfully paired a device with your cloud account shortly after making your post. Can we assume that the issue you were having has been resolved? If not, please let us have the actual message that you're getting in Sales Presenter.
