From the template given i am trying to use upload the csv file with all the details on it but it is not wanting to laod. Is there any advice? Thank you

You will need to set up the file mappings in your cloud account so that the system knows which CSV files you are uploading. The Getting Started With Your Data guide in the Downloads section will walk you through the steps you need to perform in order to get your data onto both the cloud and iPads.
