Hi am trying to set up catalogues on the presenter, I have filled out all the csv files , however it will not let me upload them to the cloud , the error message below keeps coming up.
"Unknown type of file or filename contains invalid symbols (Catalogues.csv). Please see below for more information regarding filenames."
The files are all csv and the titles of files are as templet folder
Can you advise?

This usually happens when the name of the file you're uploading doesn't match exactly with the name you've specified in the file mappings section of your cloud account. Therefore, the upload process cannot determine what type of file you're uploading.
