One of our reps cannot see any of his accounts - the data is on the Ipad but not viewable. However, on the registered devices section on the web it is all correct. The rep has also had problems updating the Ipad as it has been taking a long time and now no access - please advise.

We've taken a look at your data. The "reset database" option has recently been used on the device "Richards iPad" which is why the next download has been taking a long time to complete.
The restrictions set up in the cloud for this iPad are to restrict it to the data for all reps. This in effect means there are no restrictions on the device. Therefore we recommend removing the restrictions. This should then mark the customer accounts as viewable after the next successful download completes.

I can't restrict the reps access for all customer account. I've tried to set the restrictions from "Registered Devices" with corresponding Sales Rep Code but still everybody can see the entire customer base. Pls advise how I can straight this out.

Rep restrictions are set on a device by device basis. If you restrict one device to a single rep, this doesn't exclude that rep from all other devices.
Any restrictions you add will take effect after the next time the user performs "download data" on their device. After the download you can check the database information screen to see, for example, how many customer accounts there are and how many of them are viewable (i.e. accessible on this device).
