upload files in bulk zip file

Hi ,   I have compressed the images into a zip file and upload it , but it doesn't work . It says it is an unknown file type . Could you please help ?

The "Unknown type of file or file name contains invalid symbols" error message you would have got leads me to believe that the zip file you are attempting to upload either contains invalid characters in the file name, or that the file is not in the .zip format.

The cloud cannot accept files that contain special characters in the file name. If you remove all special characters from the file name, you should find that the file will be accepted by the cloud when you next attempt to upload it.
