Hi, when we take orders from the show, we send the order back to cloud every time we take an order. However, we noticed the stock quantity is not reducing accordingly in real time . In that case, we will not be able to know which product is actually out of stock at the time we take a new order ? Please help with this question , thanks.

Sales Presenter is designed to function offline so 100% accurate real time stock quantity levels cannot be achieved.
However, the following options can be found in the Configuration > General section of your cloud account.
Configuring these options will provide the greatest accuracy on your stock levels.
Tick this box if you want the On Sales figures for products in Sales Presenter to include the figures from live orders on the iPad.
This gives you a more accurate view of your available stock figures based on orders that you've taken in Sales Presenter but have yet to export to your cloud account.
Tick this box if you want the On Sales figures for products in Sales Presenter to include the figures from live orders in your cloud account.
Live orders in your cloud account are orders that are pending download to your back-office system or have been downloaded to your back-office system after your product upload file was last processed.
This gives you a more accurate view of your available stock figures based on orders that have been exported to your cloud account.
Please note: The Cloud sales figures will be updated on the iPad each time you use the Download from Cloud or Upload Order to Cloud options in Sales Presenter.
