I have added a valid email address to our Cloud Account so to be notified when an order is uploaded to the cloud...but no email. I have checked junk email on mailbox account, and third party spam filter...but still no notification email

The option you have configured only works for orders uploaded from devices that have the Order Download module assigned (since these are the only orders that can be downloaded into a back-office system).
Provide an email address to be notified whenever an order that is uploaded to your cloud account is ready to be downloaded into your back-office system. Leave this setting blank if you do not wish to be notified. This affects both Sales Presenter and CloudCart.

Has there been an update to the above? We want to set up a dedicated email address to automatically receive the orders when they have been uploaded. This email address will be accessible in our warehouse and save complications.

The option mentioned above has not been changed. It can be used to send a notification email which includes the order number and account code for the order, however the order acknowledgements are not attached to the notification emails. As mentioned in our previous post, the option only works for orders uploaded from devices that have the Order Download module assigned (since these are the only orders that can be downloaded into a back-office system).
