Hi,
I'm currently trying to enforce some exclusions on the data which are proving unsuccessful at the moment. I can't see anything incorrect with the data I am uploading that would explain why certain products aren't being excluded. I only have one rep code being used at the moment (1) for test purposes. There are only 3 group codes in the products file (UK, US, VGrow) and the exclusion file only contains one line (1,US). The iPad has also been restricted to the rep.
The only thing I can think of that would prevent the products being excluded would be the fact they are live in other files i.e. catalogue products/linked products.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've just come across the apply group/rep restrictions button on the cloud.

The Apply Group/Rep Exclusions option can be found under the Edit Restrictions option for each device in the Registered Devices section of your cloud account.
